What do you need for a Call Center?

Imagen
  1. Decide Your Goals It’s important to outline your goals in a business plan before you start setting up your call center. Why? Because your goals are going to dictate: The number of employees you hire, the kind of operations you’ll handle, the processes you’ll implement, and the costs you’ll incur. For example, if your goal is to reach a specific revenue target, you’ll have to hire a certain number of people and bill your clients at a particular rate.  2. Establish a Budget Running a call center isn’t cheap. You’ll have to spend on: Call center equipment, salaries, business registration fees, websites and marketing. If you’re not careful with your money, you can easily overspend on things your business doesn’t need. However, it’s also important to note that your budget will vary based on the setup and focus of your company. Decide on a budget that’s realistic for your setup. Align it with your goals to give yourself enough breathing room to grow at a consistent rate. 3. Find a Suita

My journey into the blogging bussiness.

Starting a blog wasn't planned, it was something that just happened. This interest in blogs started some time ago, and one day the decition to start my own blog came.   It was then time to do research on interesting topics, to decide what the blog should be about. I always liked doing things around the house and I'm pretty good at it. I just built a porch in my house,  and in the process of doing so, I learned a lot about porches and decks, so the topic was decided, and it was time to start writing about porches and decks. Been started with blogs I realized it's something you can live from, there are people that live from their blog, or just from writing for other peoples blogs. So then it came time to do some research on that monetizing the blog, and how to make a living of it. Trough blogging I found a whole new world! I learned that I really love writing, and found a way I could start doing it full time.  Prior to starting this blog, I had no writing or blogging experie

How to write a blog about something you know nothing about

Imagen
It migth seem impossible to write about something you know little to nothing about, but I can assure you it is, just follow these steps, and dont give up, everything takes practice to get good at, after writing a couple times I'm sure you'll be amazing at it. Gather Information:  Obtain everything you can get your hands on. Sure, you might have some general idea on the topic, but if it’s worth writing about it, there’s probably more to it than you learned along the way. You can look at similar jobs, if you're writing a blog about dogs you should search other blogs talking about dogs. Learn about the keywords, this are the words that people search, you should include them in your blog, that will make you get noticed, theres web pages that show you what are the most searched topics, use that to your advantage. Process the gathered material:  Some topics might be easier to learn about because there might be more material about them. That doesn’t mean you should read thousands

Why should I re-deck my deck.

Imagen
If your existing deck is old, shabby and a maintenance nightmare, you don’t have to tear it all down and start over. Chances are that the structural parts are still in good shape. If so, you can simply remodel it with new decking, rails and stairs, and save tons of money over the cost of a complete rebuild. If you see any one of these, it's time to do some re-decking or repairing:  E rosion around the Post,  over time, the movement of water around the base of the deck can wear away the earth around each post.  Extensive Deck Surface Damage: W hen any kind of damage affects most of the surface, the deck likely needs to be replaced. Gaps between the Deck and House:  When the ledger boards become damaged, gravity and the deck’s weight may make the entire structure lean away from the building. Rotten Posts: L ook for structural damage to the posts themselves. Unstable Railings.  Instability can affect the top of a deck just as much as the support framework. Railings that lean outward

Why should I fix a porch violation

Chicago porches  have been occupying front pages of local newspapers for a while now. Associated with several accidental deaths and injuries, they became one of the most sought after structures the Chicago Building Department inspectors evaluate. The results of those inspections vary a lot but violations that require Chicago  porch architectural drawings  and complete  porch rebuilding  are very common.  We do n’t like to be told what to do, especially if it’s going to cost us money, but that shouldn’t matter when safety of the building occupants and their lives are at stake. That’s why building inspectors are so persistent in their “code compliant Chicago porch” crusade.  The number of Chicago porch problems that can result in serious injury or even death is quite large. Even potentially small issues, sometimes difficult to spot with an inexperienced eye, can lead to life threatening situations. So   if you have an old porch that, to your knowledge, has never been examined by a profes

Metal porches vs wood porches

Imagen
Theres some companies that, over the last several years, have switched almost exclusively to steel framing for decks and porches. Here are some characteristics of each material so that you can make a wise decition on which one to use. Metal: Porches and decks made of metal, are ussually made of steel. Its characteristics and price make it a great option for structures like this.   With a steel frame, surfaces always remain flat, it will always remain s tabile, uniform & precise.Steel is also really durable,it's   resistant to rot and termites as well as fire. You also have to consider it's strength An 8 inch tall, light gauge steel joist can typically cantilever 4 feet beyond its last support beam. Longer allowable spans with steel generally translate into less vertical posts and footing.  And if you love the enviroment, steel framing is essentially chemical free compared to pressure treated lumber. Steel Framing is also a sustainable and recyclable resource. Wood Composi
